PERC H800 / SGI SE3016 drive array / T310 / Backup Exec 2012

Hi,

I am encountering some serious issues lately.

Possibly a link with Backup Exec 2012, because the situation can't be reproduced when its services are not running.


Symptom is : 30 seconds max after server's boot, all the drives, from the Array, disappear from the explorer...


Symantec's team did perform some check on the server and their conclusion was : can Dell team explain these events

Controller event log: Fatal firmware error: Line 1019 in ../../raid/raidscsi.c
