MD3600i Carrier Lost/Carrier Detected

Hi,

I have a MD3600i, It is connected with one controller to a managed switch and I have three vmware machine with uplink to the switch. I'm getting Host Side: RAID Controller module in slot 0, port 1, Carrier lost(event type 1815) and then Carrier detected(event type 1814). This is happening every 5 minutes or so. The error type is information and there is no other error in the SAN log. What should i do to fix this issue.
