MD3220i - SAS Port Degraded ERROR

Hi, 

I´m having that issue on my storage - Powervault MD3220i, the recovery guru reported four errors:

1. Port reporting problem:  RAID Controller Module 1, Physical Disk Channel 1, Port: Out
   Status: SAS Port Degraded
2. Port reporting problem:  RAID Controller Module 1, Internal connection
   Status: SAS Port Degraded
3. Port reporting problem:  RAID Controller Module 0, Physical Disk Channel 2, Port: Out
   Status: SAS Port Degraded
4. Port reporting problem:  RAID Controller Module 0, Internal connection
   Status: SAS Port Degraded

I don´t know what else to do... I tried to set to degraded both disk channels, cleaning count errors , deleting the entire array to start over and even bought a new backplane to replace it and that error remains...

The storage is working fine, but except for that, I don´t know what could it happen with that..
