out of band management connection: none

Hi, We want to add 6 new 600 GB drives (ST3450857SS) to our MD3000i that has already 6 146 Gb drvies(ST3146855SS). we had to change the out-band ethernet IP address, we did so for both NICs and thyen we had to remove the Array and re-added, we did not do  that, now when I go to the Configuration-Create Disk Groups and Virtual Disks it is grayout, I went back to the summery tab and there still see this:

out of band management connection: none 

I can ping the IP address that we add to the out-band ethernet cards from any server in the domain. but still the above message.this SAN is in a production enviorment so should we remove the array and readd it again? or there is no need to do so?

Or instead install the managment studio on a differnt server in the same network subnet and from there access the SAN.

Any idea what is wrong here?
