We replaced a bad drive in our MD3000i recently and then corrected a preferred path issue.
At this point, all of the Luns appear to be functionining normally from a performance perspective. The MDSM tool currently reports "Individual Physical Disk -- degraded path" which triggers the Device if not Optimal. Below are the error codes presented by the unit.
(I also replaced another drive 2 months ago, which Dell replaced with a MK1001TRKRB Toshiba drive as opposed to the Seagate equivalent that matches the rest of the drives.)

The disk in slot 10 is not showing any errors visually and has not been replaced either.
Any feedback about the error messages above and potential remedies would be greatly appreciated! Since the error messages are information, should I be concerned or take further action?
