Power Edge 1600SC Boot problem

After 2 1/2 months of running, I came in to find my Power Edge 1600SC beeping at the top of it speaker capacity (once every 2 secs about). OS was still running fine, and no error messages on screen or external warning lights were active.

I shutdown the server, powered it off for about 5 mins, then powered it back on. It started to boot then stopped at Checking SCSI Devices SpinUp : 100% and will not go past that point.

It has two 36 GIG SCSI drives installed.

Any Ideas?
