Cannot identify Library Path in Device Manager

I have a PowerVault TL2000 with 2 IBM 3580 LTO3-HH drives. I do NOT have an iscsi-to-SAS module in the back of the TL2000. However, I do have the SAS cable plugged from the back of the TL2000 into the server, and a network cable from the tape drive directly attached to the server. I am able to see a single drive, but using TSM, I need to define a path to the library. Does anyone know what I have to do/install to be able to see the library in the device manager?
