I have a MD3000i unit with 2 controllers that I have been trying to update to the latest firmware so I can create disks larger than 2TB. Each time I try to run the upgrade, I get an error that the firmware is not compatible. I have used links within the other support forum questions I have found to ensure I have the correct firmware files. Is there something I am missing?
