Missing Hot Spare Physical Disk

Above is what we are seeing after removing/disconnecting the MD1000 array.

Looking at Storage Array Profile, we are seeing Enclosure 0,14 associated with DISKGROUP2 (Hot Spare is Disk 13 - Not Disk 14).

Any recommendations as to what needs to be done to resolve this issue?
