Hi,
there is a DELL PowerVault MD3400 with 12 HDD/12TB, which is worked excellent.
For another project was needed this storage. Copied all data, pulled out all HDDs and put them into DELL PowerVault NX3200 and copied back.
In DELL PowerVault MD3400 put 12 new, empty hard drives. When turned on, controller switched in recovery mode (may be Lock-Down mode).
When we contacted to russian-speaking DELL technical support, they told to update firmware of controller. For this we need a cable DB9 to mini USB, but didn't find like this cable. Does anyone has a scheme of soldering this cable? Or anybody has any idea how to update firmware of controller?
